i cant sleep.. i have had this problem like almost all my life! i always have dark shadows and its ruining my life already. i have gone to the doctores to take vitemens that help you to sleep but my mom never let me continue them because she dosent like pills! what can i do about this??... i am getting soo impatiant already that i cry at night because im so frusterated!.. when i wake up i feel very drained of my energy i feel very dull! this has happend through out my life.. but latly i want it to stop.. im going on vacation soon and im going with my bf and his family.. i dont want to not be able to sleep then look like shit in the morning!.. i dont want this to ruine this one trip. if you cant suggest enything that will help me sleep please suggest a cover up for my dark shadows or cream that will make it go away!! thank you
