| The Plan

There are two trucks that need to be destroyed. They both start in
Torrington and eventually head to Fort Staunton. You must destroy them
before they reach their destination. One truck will head down one the the
main downtown streets. The second will loop around the Big Shot Casino.
If you were to get behind a truck, while driving a motorcycle, and do a
forward drive-by, the trucks will call for backup which will arrive
immediately and knock you off your bike. Then the drivers of the backup
cars will shoot you with AK-47s and make quick work of you unless you get
back on the cycle. If you manage to get back on your bike and continue the
chase the backup cars will continue to chase you and make your mission more
difficult.
However, by using the Rocket Launchers, you can make your life much easier.
When you start the mission, take the Sanchez and head to the Tw@ Internet
Cafe (northbound lane side). Get off the bike and aim down the street. When
the first truck gets into range, blast it.
Get back on the bike and head east. Go through the grass alley beyond the
intersection near City Hall, picking up the Police Bribe as you go, and
onto the main street. You should be near the end of the loop around The
Big Shot Casino.
Go to the top of the incline leading down and wait for the second truck.
When that truck gets into range, blast it to successfully complete the
mission.

| The Plan

Go to the overpass in Newport and get into the contact's car. The contact
says that the evidence is in a van on the other side of the Industrial Park
just south of your position. You have to fight your way in to get the van.
Go forward until you reach the driveway entrance for the condos then stop.
Use your Sniper Rifle and take out the guy on the upper area to the right
of the industrial entrance. Then switch to your Rocket Launcher to take out
the first line of cars blocking the way.
Switch to your Sniper Rifle and climb the ramp on the right side of the
entrance, climb onto the ledge that goes along the side of the industrial
area, and onto the overhang. This will give you an excellent vantage point
in taking out anybody you see. You will probably be shot at from someone
near the container crates southeast of your position. Nail the two guys
there and angle right so you can get the guy by the concrete ramps south of
the two guys you just shot.
Go to the south part of the overhang and stop. Use the Sniper Rifle and get
the two guys on the far end. Then drop down to ground level and run back to
the ramp you used to climb to the upper level. If you do everything right
you should be hearing AK-47 fire as you get to the ramp. While you were
getting back to this position, a car will appear at the far end and stop in
the middle of the industrial area. Get back on top of the ramp and nail the
four gunmen from afar. At this point you should have a 2-Star Wanted Rating
but don't do anything yet.
Go back inside the Industrial Park and go near the two blue trailers on
your left. Stop near the end of the first trailer, angle slightly right,
and use your Sniper Rifle to take out the guy near the pillar near where
the van is at. Go to the middle of the second trailer and repeat the
process but aiming for the guy on the right of the pillar standing on a
flatbed trailer.
Go past the second trailer and stop about halfway to the yellow container
crate. Zoom in on the van and take out the guy standing by it then go right
and shoot at the feet of the guy behind the blue trailer. Go left around
the bridge pillar and find the last guy standing behind the pillar. Nail
him and enter the van.
Go to the entrance but slow down as you get there. When you get near the
entrance, a Banshee with a gunman will appear. You cannot outrun him and
the gunman will destroy the van long before you reach your destination
which is Love Media.
But the strange thing is, you don't need to do anything to him. When you
see him appear, stop and then back away. If everything goes right he should
turn right and go under the bridge instead of chasing you. Wait a few
seconds then proceed forward and to the Pay 'N' Spray. The Banshee may end
up getting stuck against a wall or under the bridge which will allow you to
get away from him. Going to the Pay 'N' Spray will allow you to repair the
damage caused by the gunman as you pass him by and to get rid of the 2-Star
Wanted Rating.
Once you get to Love Media you will get a cutscene. Toni is all happy
because he destroyed all of the evidence linking Salvatore to Donald. But,
Donald is not happy. It appears that his association with Toni was indeed
known and that was enough to turn a lot of voters against him. This will
cause Donald to lose the election. And he blames Toni! Then on top of that,
Donald spent everything he had to get into office and then some. He is now
bankrupt.
After the cutscene, the mission is successfully completed.

Nothing. And this will end Donald's line of missions. You will also get a
phone call from Salvatore. He needs Toni's help in getting him out of the
mess he is currently in. This will reopen his line of missions.
In addition, you will get a radio report which announces the reopening of
all bridge and subway services and this will finally open up.....
